Assumption of Risk

Renter understands that use of the studio and its facilities may involve certain risks, including physical injury or property damage. Renter voluntarily assumes full responsibility for these risks, whether foreseeable or not.

Release of Liability

By signing this agreement, Renter releases and discharges Vision208, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, claims, or damages to person or property that may arise from use of the studio or participation in any activity therein.

Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vision208 from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from Renter’s use of the studio, equipment, or interaction with third parties while on-site.

Rules & Conduct

Renter agrees to abide by all studio rules and guidelines, including respecting the space, equipment, and scheduled time. Any disorderly or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of studio access without refund.

Damage or Theft

Renter shall be financially responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment caused during their rental period. A pre-rental walkthrough is available to document any existing damage. Vision208 reserves the right to assess and invoice for repair or replacement costs.

Guests and Crew

Renter is responsible for the conduct of all individuals they bring into the studio space. All participants must remain in designated areas. Unauthorized access to equipment or restricted spaces is prohibited.

Photography/Video Use

Vision208 may capture behind-the-scenes content during rentals for promotional use. If Renter does not consent to this, a written notice must be provided prior to rental.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations made 7 days in advance of rental time will receive a full refund. If cancellation happens 24 hours to 6 days in advance of reservation, a 50% refund will be given. Less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in Bonneville County, Idaho.

Studio Rules:

  • No nudity, drug use, or smoking permitted in the studio.
  • Animals are not allowed without approval in writing prior to booking
  • Cyc Wall requires the use of booties or sticky mats
  • Max guests for any reservation: 10 people
